HoverMemo（以下「本拡張機能」）は、ユーザーのプライバシーを尊重し、個人情報の保護に努めます。本ポリシーでは、本拡張機能が収集・利用するデータについて説明します。
1. 収集するデータ
本拡張機能は以下のデータを収集・保存します。
- メモデータ：ユーザーが登録したメモ内容およびリンク情報。ユーザーのデバイス上にローカル保存されます。
- 設定データ：Pro版の有効状態およびライセンスキー。ChromeにサインインしているGoogleアカウントに紐づいて保存されます。
2. データの保存場所
メモデータはユーザーのデバイス上にのみ保存され、他のデバイスへの同期や外部サーバーへの送信は行われません。設定データ（Pro有効状態・ライセンスキー）はChromeにサインインしているGoogleアカウントに紐づいて保存されます。
3. ライセンス認証について
Pro版のライセンスキーを認証する際、入力されたライセンスキーを当社のサーバーへ送信し、有効性の確認を行います。この通信以外に、ユーザーのデータを外部へ送信することはありません。
4. 第三者への提供
収集したデータを第三者へ販売・提供・開示することはありません。
5. アクセス解析・広告
本拡張機能はアクセス解析ツールや広告を使用していません。
6. ユーザーの権利
ユーザーはいつでも以下の操作が可能です。
- オプションページからメモデータの削除・エクスポート
- ブラウザのデータ削除機能によるデータの消去
- 拡張機能のアンインストールによる全データの削除

The Extension collects and stores the following data.
- Memo data: Notes and link information you save. Stored locally on your device.
- Settings data: Pro status and license key. Stored linked to the Google account signed into Chrome.
2. Where Data Is Stored
Memo data is stored only on your device and is never synced to other devices or sent to external servers. Settings data (Pro status and license key) is stored linked to the Google account signed into Chrome.
3. License Activation
When activating your Pro license key, the key is sent to our server to verify its validity. No other user data is sent to external servers.
4. Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell, share, or disclose collected data to third parties.
5. Analytics & Advertising
The Extension does not use any analytics tools or advertising.
6. Your Rights
You can at any time:
- Delete or export memo data from the Options page
- Clear data using your browser's data deletion feature
- Delete all data by uninstalling the Extension
