本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、HoverMemo（以下「本拡張機能」）の利用条件を定めるものです。ユーザーは本規約に同意のうえ、本拡張機能をご利用ください。
第1条（定義）
- 「本拡張機能」とは、Google Chrome向け拡張機能「HoverMemo」を指します。
- 「ユーザー」とは、本拡張機能をインストール・利用する方を指します。
- 「Pro版」とは、ライセンスキーの認証により有効化される有料機能を指します。
第2条（利用条件）
本拡張機能は、Google Chromeがインストールされた環境でのみ動作します。ユーザーは自己の責任において本拡張機能を利用するものとします。
第3条（ライセンスキー）
- Pro版のライセンスキーは購入者本人のみが使用できます。
- ライセンスキーの第三者への譲渡・販売・共有は禁止します。
- ライセンスキーは買い切りです。一度発行されたキーの再発行は原則行いません。
- キーの紛失・流出はユーザー自身の責任とします。
第4条（禁止事項）
ユーザーは以下の行為を行ってはなりません。
- 本拡張機能のリバースエンジニアリング・改ざん・再配布
- ライセンスキーの不正取得・不正利用
- 本拡張機能を利用した法令違反行為
- 運営者または第三者への迷惑行為
第5条（免責事項）
- 本拡張機能の利用によって生じた損害について、運営者は一切の責任を負いません。
- 本拡張機能はメモデータをデバイス上にローカル保存します。データの消失・破損について運営者は責任を負いません。
- Webサイトの仕様変更等により、一部サイトで正常に動作しない場合があります。
第6条（サービスの変更・終了）
運営者は、事前の通知なく本拡張機能の機能変更・提供終了を行うことがあります。提供終了の場合も、購入済みのライセンスキーの返金は行いません。
第7条（規約の変更）
運営者は本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約は本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。
第8条（準拠法・管轄裁判所）
本規約は日本法に準拠します。本拡張機能に関する紛争は、運営者の所在地を管轄する裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the HoverMemo Chrome extension ("Extension"). By installing or using the Extension, you agree to these Terms.
Article 1 (Definitions)
- "Extension" refers to the Google Chrome extension "HoverMemo."
- "User" refers to any person who installs or uses the Extension.
- "Pro version" refers to the paid features activated by a license key.
Article 2 (Usage Conditions)
The Extension operates only in environments where Google Chrome is installed. Users use the Extension at their own responsibility.
Article 3 (License Key)
- The Pro version license key may only be used by the original purchaser.
- Transferring, selling, or sharing the license key with third parties is prohibited.
- The license key is a one-time purchase. Reissuance of a key is not provided as a general rule.
- The user is solely responsible for loss or leakage of the key.
Article 4 (Prohibited Actions)
Users must not engage in any of the following:
- Reverse engineering, tampering with, or redistributing the Extension
- Unauthorized acquisition or use of license keys
- Any illegal activity using the Extension
- Harassment of the operator or third parties
Article 5 (Disclaimer)
- The operator assumes no responsibility for any damages arising from use of the Extension.
- The Extension stores memo data locally on your device. The operator is not responsible for data loss or corruption.
- The Extension may not function correctly on certain websites due to changes in their specifications.
Article 6 (Service Changes / Termination)
The operator may change or discontinue the Extension without prior notice. No refunds will be issued for purchased license keys upon termination.
Article 7 (Amendments to Terms)
The operator may amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect when posted on this page.
Article 8 (Governing Law / Jurisdiction)
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes relating to the Extension shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the operator's location.
